About Louisa

I have been practicing yoga for 6 years and late 2018 decided to study to become a Yoga Teacher. I give private classes to friends and family and am looking to broaden my clientele and gain more experience with a wider variety of students.

About the lesson

My classes are Hatha Yoga style, with a focus on alignment and mindfulness. I strive for a balance in life which starts on the mat, incorporating the 8 limbs of yoga into both classes and day to day life. I believe that yoga can help each of us to reach our fullest potential through aligning the body, mind and spirit.
