I mark the set task.
I then meet with the student via Skype to discuss to work, i assist with feedback, areas of improvement and teaching points.
A new task is set and the routine is repeated,
I adjust this format, time scale etc to suit the individual and family.

I was impressed with Rachel's total dedication to, and hard work with, the children in her care. She is well organised and a good time manager. She establishes positive relationships with all children, including supporting those with specific learning difficulties and extending those with special talents.
Rachel is an extremely experienced teacher. She always has time to speak with me after teaching my child. Explaining the next steps. Rachel has a friendly, professional, fun style of teaching. She supported my son over a 12 month period. He was successful in gaining a place at Westminster after passing his 8+ examination.
Rachel worked for us for 2 years. She taught all 3 of our children supporting them with any weaknesses that they were having. Rachel was always very approachable and reliable. Our eldest daughter struggled with creative writing, and loved her lessons with Rachel, over a period of a few months she went from strength to strength. Our twin boys enjoyed their lessons, Rachel was incredibly skilled at keeping their attention by constantly changing the activities.
