It's rare that you come across someone as knowledgeable and talented as Craig.

I had the pleasure of working with Craig within a retail environment at Maplin Electronics for three years where he showcased his extensive knowledge in components.
As the assistant manager of the store I was particularly impressed by Craig's ability to deal with even the toughest of customers. His skill of understanding the customer's technical knowledge and being able to relay information back to the customer in a way they would understand is an ability I have seen rarely in such a technical environment. He is never phased by a challenge and has always been keen to learn new methods of achieving results.

Craig ensured that when I was the duty manager, no matter how bad my day had started, it finished great, whether that be with a random selection of puns or just making the coffees.

Any student would be lucky to have Craig as a tutor.
