About Melissa
I am a KS2 teacher who absolutely loves sports and the outdoors. I have played field hockey since I was 8 years old, if not younger. I ran to keep fit for hockey but now I run for enjoyment and to reach goals.

Running is free and easy to do whether you are just starting or a professional. It has so many benefits both social, mental and emotional. I will provide a simple training programme for you to reach your goals that fits around your daily schedule. We will meet via a phone call or Zoom to talk about your goals, training and advice.
