About Melida
I bring both educational training and real classroom experience that directly support student success. I recently earned my degree in education with a bilingual focus, and I’ve worked as a student teacher and educational assistant for five months in a diverse classroom setting. This experience has taught me how to differentiate instruction, build positive relationships with students, and support a variety of learning needs including English learners. I'm patient, organized, and committed to helping each child gain confidence and grow academically. Whether your child needs support in reading, math, or language development, I can provide structured, engaging, and personalized lessons that meet them where they are.

I bring both professional experience and a personal commitment to helping children grow. With my degree in education and hands-on experience as a student teacher and educational assistant, I understand how to adapt lessons to meet each child’s learning style and pace. I create a safe, encouraging space where students feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes, and build their skills step by step. Whether a child needs help with reading, math, or staying organized, I use proven strategies to help them succeed academically and feel proud of their progress. My goal is to support both the student and the family in making learning less stressful and more rewarding.
