My approach is centered around making sure everyone sees progress, feels included, and actually enjoys learning. Instead of just running drills or repeating routines, we’ll focus on personal development, goal-setting, and building confidence not just physical performance. I am gonna show how this class will be different * You’ll set your own goals and track your own progress. * Activities will be varied, fun, and built around teamwork, creativity, and strategy — not just competition. * You’ll get consistent feedback to help you improve at your own pace. * I’ll ask for your input regularly to make sure the class works for *you*, not just for me.
