About Tsunami
I’m a biomedical science graduate with a high GPA, research experience in chemistry and biology, and a genuine love for teaching and learning. My writing has earned recognition too—one of my essays won me a spot in a prestigious two-week Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies program for California students. This deepened my passion for education and communication. As a former teaching assistant in Organic Chemistry, I discovered how rewarding it is to break down complex topics in a calm, flexible, and supportive way. I’m here to help students not only succeed but feel confident while doing it. My favorite things to do are exploring cities nearby, playing with my cat, and enjoying a good cup of coffee :)

Taking lessons with me will be reformative and simple! My method is to listen and assess your writing style, then shift the focus to practical methods such as writing prompts, brainstorming, and grammatical practice. A typical lesson will be that you are faced with a prompt and we shall assess your thought process and writing style. As a tutor, I will dictate your writing and provide tips on improving it. My lessons are open to all, from beginner to college-level writers. History, English, and STEM courses all require some degree of writing which I can happily educate you on.
