About Kieria
I’m Kieria, and this September I’ll be starting my PGCE/QTS teacher training because helping young people learn is genuinely what I love doing. Teaching has always felt natural to me. I enjoy breaking things down clearly, celebrating small wins, and creating a space where students feel supported and confident. Outside of tutoring, I’m usually crocheting or reading cosy books, and I bring that same creativity and warmth into my lessons. My goal is to make learning feel personal, calm, and encouraging, so every student feels understood and proud of their progress.

I take a warm, structured approach to tutoring that focuses on understanding each student as an individual. In our first session, I identify their strengths, gaps, and learning style so I can tailor every lesson to what they personally need. I break topics down into clear, manageable steps and use real-life examples, quick check-ins, and guided practice to help them build confidence without feeling overwhelmed. My goal is to create a calm, encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress.
