I believe students should not be taught off a mark scheme rather taught how to apply the knowledge they have obtained from a lesson and understand how that can be used in an appropriate setting. It is in my opinion, this is what separates a student from achieving exceptional grades in their subjects.
I am a recently graduated professional, achieving a high 2.1 in Biochemistry BSc(Hons). I am very passionate about science, especially biology and chemistry, always making sure I keep with the most recent research and discoveries. I have experience teaching children at KS3 and GCSE level through enrichment programs I undertook while studying while studying for my A-levels.
Throughout Mackenzie's degree, he supported people with their learning and has a natural capability to explain complex ideas in an easily absorbed and understandable way. He has a broad understanding of a wide range of topics both theoretical and practical.
As well as an ability to deliver great teaching, he has exceptional listening skills and is very well versed in working with people to help them achieve. His delivery is well thought out, balanced and exceptional.
I don't believe I can recommend anybody else with his skill set who would be able to provide the same calibre of teaching sciences and technical skills.
I have known MacKenzie for 11 years and have always known him to be a great and diligent student who achieved top marks at school and is a graduate with a 2:1 BSc(Hons) in Biochemistry.
He has always cared about what he does and will bring his usual diligence and productivity to any subject he tutors. I am confident that he will be an asset to you.
