About Freya
I am a very passionate creative with a desire to share my passion and teach others. I specialise in music, having played an instrument since I was 7, but I also have a love for art and creative writing, two things I do in my spare time. I especially enjoy teaching beginners because they don't yet know the bounds of what they can do and often come up with ideas I'd never even thought of!

I work alongside the student to create a working relationship and good learning environment for them. I act as a guiding figure, allowing students to voice their thoughts and work things out for themselves to encourage independent thinking and problem-solving. I am a very patient teacher and am good at finding other perspectives or ways of explaining things if it doesn't quite make sense the first time around.
