About Leah
I discovered my love for Mathematics and the Sciences when I chose to be curious about what I was learning and not just study for an upcoming test or exam. I love getting to the bottom of seemingly impossible concepts and being able to apply my knowledge to questions with absolute confidence. Having recently sat my Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry A-level examinations I found that both my preparation and attitude played an important role in the achievement of 3 A* grades (97, 96, 95 respectively) and placing first in my year in both Biology and Mathematics.

I like to engage with students in the various subjects and so I find that having discussions about the relevant concepts with the aim of finding a way to explain the complex idea in simple terms is the best way to achieve an excellent understanding and gain confidence when it comes to approaching problem-solving questions. I am flexible in terms of the structure of the lessons based on the individual's needs but having a clear, planned path forward is best.
