Court time is used to connect technique with intelligent play. Sessions may explore racket preparation, contact points, serves, returns, directional control, footwork, recovery, volleys, and tactical patterns. Through changing drills and point-based challenges, players learn to create opportunities, respond to pressure, and use their developing skills more effectively.
