About Elisabeth
Registered Dietitian with over 3 years of experience working with the NHS, graduated from BSc Human Nutrition and Dietetics and BSc Health and Nutrition, I have always been passionate about food and diet. During my career I have been involved with facilitating groups and working with people on a 1:1 basis to help them achieve their goals. I am specialised in weight management and type 2 diabetes management and delivered nutritional education courses as part of public health. Drom personal interest and experience I have also specialised in plant-based and sustainable diets. I am very passionate to empower people to take charge of their diets and learn how to make better choices around food, as it is something we all choose every single day, and often multiple times a day.
If you are a student and looking for support - I can help you guide through aspects of dietetics, like enteral feeding calculations, calculating requirements etc. Your own questions and case studies are always welcome.
