Hi, I’m Alina, an NMC Registered Nurse with an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care and extensive experience in elderly care, nursing, and healthcare management. I currently work as a Care Home Manager, leading multidisciplinary teams, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring CQC compliance.
