I am Registered yoga teacher and Doctor in Physiotherapy with specialist in spine and orthopedic conditions , manual therapist and mindful eating coach.
I have 15+ years of clinical experience in varying fields in rehab with rewarding results. I am part of health and wellness club to helps employees burnout by identifying ways for better work -life balance.
I take group and individual sessions for employee burnout using mindfulness technique , breathing exercises , cutting edge research techniques for them to live a happy content work life.

I want to help and teach individuals proper form and injury prevention method to transition to yoga. I have 15+ international experience with all age groups to get your body to recover and rehab while enjoying beautiful form of yoga. My physiotherapist background helps me prepare clients to do movements that they may or may not be sure about .
