About Sugandha
I introduce myself as a relationship therapist and have been counselling a wide range of people from different strata of society.I am also associated for voluntary service at Lifeline foundation- helpline for depressed, distressed and suicidal clients. Subjects range from children to adolescents,married couples, substance abuse issues,geriatric issues , anger management, health issues etc

I have very confidential conversations with my clients and only if there is life risk or security issues would any information be divulged to the concerned family/members of my clients.
Building a rapport and winning the confidence of my client is the mainstay of my tutoring.
Writing is also used as a therapy for stress management and for unburdening .
