About Jaivir
I am researcher and educator with more than 15 years of experience in coaching, mentoring and helping K-12 and engineering students in physics and mathematics. I have worked with students from various countries with exceptional outcomes for my students.

My teaching method is based on making real life connections to the abstract problems. I model the problems to my students. I help students in developing problem solving skills by being a facilitator during the learning process. It helps in building a student's communication, collaboration, creativity and critical reflection skills along with enhancement in his/her confidence.
