I love energy patterns. The energy, frequency and vibrations that are available inside the human design are fully accessible in this beautiful practical path we call yoga. I am versed in astrology, the Enneagram and I hold a college BS degree in Biology. I have raised two adult children and a household full of pets! I am southern and truthful, an ally for people who desire to be fountains of love and light!
