Your Tutor has actively and Professionally owned and operated a Law Firm since 1990 in Central Florida.
During that time , Your Tutor has taught professionally at public and private schools, Universities and Law Schools. Past students have included paralegals, attorney's , clients. post and undergraduates from 2 and 4 year colleges, judges and private individuals , all who sought a better understanding of the Law
Whether you desire to pass a Bar Exam, beat a speeding ticket, defend an eviction, file a Bankruptcy or prepare a deed, we can help instruct and guide your learning experience.
If your research and writing skills need improvement, as a former member of Law Review , your Tutor can provide the knowledge and expertise , to sharpen those research and writing skills.

Being mindful that tutoring does not replace an actual primary classroom education, instruction by this method is designed to aid and support specific areas of concern in any discipline of Law. I offer a varied and wide spectrum of in -depth instruction . I can provide tutoring in most areas of Law, ranging from State and Federal Civil procedure to Criminal Law and Procedure. Lessons will be specifically tailored to the individual student's needs to maximize the time and limit the costs. Instructional formats can be varied between the Socratic Method or Issue Specific tutorage. Your Tudor has over 35 + years of actual legal practice in multi-state arenas.
The study of Law can be difficult, frustrating and complex. My goal is to simplify the Law and teach the student how to break down complex issues and accomplish whatever goal is desired while leaving the student with a clear understanding of the issues and purposes at issue. Instruction is available to aid the student achieve success in any scholastic or professional setting.
