About Elizabeth
I am an ex-international who has just moved to France to play for La Rochelle.
I struggled through my career with under fueling, training too much and losing a lot of self-worth because I sometimes didn't know how to have the balance.
I have worked with lots of specialists through my career to figure out the best formulas and understand how bespoke each plan should be, your HOLISTIC life longevity and sustainability being the most important goal.
