About Joy
I am a First Class Honours Computer Science graduate and currently work as a Robotics Facilitator and STEM Tutor, with over one and a half years of experience teaching learners under CBC, Cambridge, and other international curricula. This experience has enabled me to support students from diverse academic backgrounds and adapt lessons to their individual learning needs.
My teaching approach is practical, structured, and student-centered. I help learners understand programming through hands-on projects using Scratch and Arduino, allowing them to develop problem-solving, logical thinking, and creativity while building real-world applications.
I have experience guiding K-12 learners, from kindergarten and primary school to junior and senior school students, in both individual and group learning environments. My goal is to create an engaging and supportive learning experience that helps students build confidence in programming, robotics, and STEM while developing skills they can apply beyond the classroom.

My lessons are practical, interactive, and project-based. They are designed for learners who want to develop programming and robotics skills using Scratch and Arduino.
A typical lesson takes place in three stages:
