About the lesson
My teaching style focuses on understanding the principles behind the topic and question comprehension. Many people struggle in the sciences do to the prevalence `why` questions in the exams. These questions not only require subject knowledge but also an understanding of what the question itself is asking, not an easy skill. As such I focus on both the background of topic, and teaching exam craft allowing students to get familiar with how different question types should be approached

About Luke
I am a fellow of the Royal astronomical society, a Member of the Institute of Physics and in the 3rd year of my PhD. I currently have over 5 years teaching experience. I graduated with honors from the University of Kent in 2015 after completing my undergraduate masters in Astronomy, Space Science and Astrophysics. My current research is focused on physics and planetary science. I currently teach 2 final year modules at the University of Kent in programming (MATLAB) and general physics laboratories. I have also previously taught year 11 classes for parts of the multimedia BTEC projects wherein I taught students sound and lighting technical services for stage.
