About Davina
I’m a junior associate at a legal tech company and studied law at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Having achieved a First Class and Distinction respectively, plus grades A-A*/9 at GCSE, I can confidently say I have a strong academic foundation from which to teach you!
I’m also a big believer in mindset making almost anything possible, so not only will I help and encourage you academically - I’ll also work to help you believe in yourself, and unlearn any bad habits or self-talk you might’ve picked up. I know I’ve been there, and I know there’s a better way!

I’m light-hearted and easy-going but know when it’s important to get serious. My approach to teaching is clear, methodical and tailored to each student's needs.
I’m keen on encouraging independent thought and problem-solving. I aim to help students think critically and for themselves, so that in gaining specific subject knowledge, they’re also developing all around as competent people.
I work best with students aged 11-16 years old (secondary, GCSE prep level).
