About Lava
I am a Fitness enthusiast and I am in fitness from 15 plus years, I completed my yoga certification RYT 500hrs in 2021, I am teaching yoga from 5 years.
I would love to share my knowledge and skills to as many as possible and spread the knowledge of yoga to many for the healthy living.
