Welcome! I’m a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Somatic Stretch Therapist, Dance Instructor, and Reiki Level II Practitioner. My pedagogy is founded in Afro-Diasporic/ Indigenous knowledge of the body and spirit. My deep understanding of the body is intertwined with the synchronicities and manifestations of the body on a spiritual level. I focus on channeling the Divine Feminine through movement and giving you the tools to harness your own individual expression, and to heal in and through your body.
