About Stephen
Based in Highgate, North London following many years of playing and teaching, I remain fascinated and thrilled with all aspects of music. The saxophone and flute have inspired me over many years and brought a lot of fun socially. I feel music should be intuitive, instinctive and analytical. I wish to pass this on to others.

I am an experienced London jazz musician both as a performer and teacher. My lessons will introduce students, attracted to the sound of the saxophone, to the joy of music, and the aim is to promote a lifelong interest. Advanced improvisational techniques are available for those with some knowledge to realise their creative potential and develop a personal voice. The lessons are for all levels and ages and tailored to the individual student, but the accent will be on enjoyment, creativity and fun.
