About Kiruthika
I am Kiruthika pursuing my Ph.D. in Biochemistry and I am very much interested to guide or mentor young peoples of this generation who are more vibrant and intelligent. I have been a Assistant Professor for about three years with this experience I can make the students to understand the concepts relating to their routine work usually they have.

I would describe it as highly adaptable. I do not really prefer one teaching method, or one way of interacting with the students. Because in my opinion, each student or class is different, so in each lesson, and a good teacher should always adjust their teaching according to the students, the difficulty of the lesson, and so on. I simply prefer individual approach to teaching, and I always provide simple examples connecting their life which is easy for them to remember and they also interact more about the topic. So far it has been working great, so I have no reason to doubt the effectiveness of my teaching style.
