About Neha

Hi, I'm Neha! I'm a Pharmacy graduate (BPharm) with over three years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where I worked in drug safety and medical information. Science has always been my passion, and my work showed me how much maths and science shape the world around us, from medicines to everyday decisions.

In my professional roles, a big part of my job was explaining complex information clearly, whether to doctors, patients or colleagues. As a training coordinator, I also helped team members learn new processes step by step. I love that moment when something difficult finally "clicks" for someone, and that's what I enjoy most about teaching.

I want to tutor because I believe every child can succeed in maths and science with the right support and encouragement. I'm patient, organised and reliable, and I'll work closely with you to help your child build skills, confidence and a genuine love of learning.

Hello! I'm a Pharmacy graduate with a strong science background, and I offer friendly, patient maths and science lessons for students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3 (Years 1–9).

My approach
Every child learns differently, so I start with a short assessment to understand your child's strengths, gaps and goals. I then plan lessons around the UK National Curriculum and their school topics. I break difficult ideas into small, simple steps, use everyday examples and visual aids, and encourage students to ask questions so they understand the "why", not just the answer. In science, I connect topics to real life, from the human body to how medicines work.

What a lesson looks like
Lessons usually last 60 minutes, or 45 minutes for younger children. Each one includes a quick recap, new learning with guided practice, and a short activity to check understanding. I share regular feedback with parents and can set light homework to build confidence between sessions.

Who it's for
Lessons suit students who need extra support, want to stay ahead, or are preparing for school tests. They're available online or in person in London.

My aim is to make maths and science enjoyable and to build lasting confidence.
