My lessons are personalised to the individual needs of each student. I offer a free initial assessment to identify each student's current level, strengths, areas for improvement and any gaps in understanding. This enables me to create a personalised learning plan, ensuring that every lesson is focused on the areas that will make the greatest difference to their progress.
Lessons are structured, engaging and focused on building confidence, strengthening mathematical understanding and developing effective problem-solving skills. I use clear explanations, worked examples, guided practice and exam-style questions to help students make consistent progress.
As a qualified secondary school Mathematics teacher and experienced GCSE and A-Level examiner, I provide up-to-date teaching based on the latest curriculum and examination requirements. I also teach effective exam techniques, helping students maximise marks and avoid common mistakes.
Regular assessments and feedback allow both students and parents to monitor progress throughout the course, ensuring that lessons remain focused on achieving the student's academic goals.
Lessons are typically 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student's age and individual requirements.
I teach KS3, GCSE, A-Level and Further Mathematics to students aged 11–18. Whether your child needs to improve confidence, catch up on missed learning, prepare for examinations or achieve top grades, I provide structured, supportive and effective tuition to help them reach their full potential.
