About Dominique
I have my PhD in Biochemistry and have been teaching for multiple years in both chemistry and biology. I have extensive knowledge of many subjects in STEM, because of my background in scientific research. I do not only know the material I know how to actively and successfully apply it to real-world issues.

My teaching methods vary depending on the subject matter. I adapt to the student I am teaching, by meeting them where they are at. If you are more of an auditory learner, then we can talk and discuss the material you are trying to learn. If you need to write things down and need to see it physically, I can create specialized lesson plans that will allow you to take copious notes. There are many who learn by doing and I can create practice problems that will allow for you to get as much practice as you need.
I like to teach through using real world examples so that the material is easier to grasp and understand.
