About Kathryn
I have experience teaching and marking for both AQA and Edexcel exam boards (both UK and International specifications). I hold a BSc in Physiology from Cardiff University (2003) and a PGCE from Sussex University (2004). I also have QTS and am a member of Chartered College of Teaching London.

As well as teaching Science for 22 years, I have been a Head of Year and Head of House and as such I pride myself on building a very good rapport with my students, which I find is very important when doing 1-1 tutoring. I have worked across 3 schools in my teaching career, one in Sussex, one in outer London and one in Hong Kong both in the private and state sector. All three schools I have worked at have been rated as OFSTED or BSO outstanding.
I aim to make my lessons engaging and relevant to the students' lives. My students say they enjoy my lessons and have confidence in my teaching.
