About Laura
My name is Laura, I live in Scotland, and, from a young age I have loved reading and learning about the English language. I am a Scottish qualified Solicitor and have two little Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. In my free time I enjoy taking them out for nice walks and going on lots of hill walks. I also play the piano in my free time!

I have a discussion with students at the start of their first session to gauge what they would like to be taught and the level they are currently at and thereafter teach on that basis.
Sessions can be 30 mins or 1 hour, depending on student preference.
I am a very patient teacher and no question to me is a silly or daft question!
I have an A at National 5 and Higher English. I also have a First Class Honours law degree and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with Distinction and I am a fully qualified Scottish Solicitor. I am an avid reader and have lived in the UK my whole life. I am deeply passionate about the English language and love to help others learn it.
All ages welcome for lessons.
