I am a singer and writer from Scotland and Hawaii, and currently study at New York University where I major in English and songwriting. I have spent my whole life reading, absorbing, and writing essays, and have a lot of knowledge on how I can best help students who are struggling.

I base my teaching on finding where the student needs help the most, then we work from there. I spent most of my childhood struggling academically mostly because I wasn't fully interested in the subject, so I like to engage the student in seeing where their strongest points are and how they can hone into their abilities.
