About Sebastian
I have been doing weight training in the gym and outdoors since I was 14 years old. To this day I have a great passion for myself in fitness and sport is very important to me in life. Last year I made the decision for myself that I also want to pursue my passion professionally. I am currently studying dual sports management, work in a renowned high-class fitness chain, work as a freelancer for a well-known sportswear manufacturer and work independently as a personal trainer. In this way, I receive my advanced training in a training-specific, customer-specific and business management manner.

In addition to seven years of practical experience, I now also have a B-, A- and personal trainer license (medical fitness / functional training). I specialize primarily in muscle building and weight loss, but I can also focus on strengthening specific muscle groups, for example to counteract muscular weaknesses through desk work. I work preventively and with healthy athletes. My goal is long-term cooperation. For me it's about available support, about fixed planning and goal setting. I am looking for athletes who really want to change something and only ask "how". My job is to guide you to your goal with planning and structure. I am for you with words and deeds
