About Maja
I have studied biology for 5 years now, with higher human biology in my 5th year of high school leading to my Advanced higher biology course choice in my 6th. Currently, ending my second year at the University of Edinburgh studying biological sciences, I believe I have a massive advantage of teaching these courses with hindsight, learning from both what I did right and wrong. I am patient, understanding and genuinely enjoy teaching a subject I am so passionate about. I look forward to working with you and hopefully making you as passionate as I am about biology!

Main teaching methodology includes pass paper analysis and pre created flash card recall (but will be tailored to best suit the students needs and learning styles). Typical length of a lesson is an hour but can be less if there are student scheduling clashes or longer if needed. These tutoring sessions are aimed for students studying National 5 Biology, Higher Human Biology or Higher Biology.
