About Spencer’s
I am a second-year Natural Sciences student at the University of Cambridge, currently on track to achieve a first-class degree. I offer tutoring in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics at both GCSE and A-level, with a focus on developing conceptual understanding and exam technique. My academic background includes all grade 9s and 8s at GCSE, 3 A*s at A-level, and top scores in the NSAA. Having personally gone through the process, I understand what it takes to succeed at the highest level - from mastering content to navigating competitive university applications. We will be having our lessons held on Zoom - there will be an interactive whiteboard available for the both of us to use in order to illustrate key points and break down concepts for you to understand better. There will be multiple quizzes throughout our lesson to ensure active recall and enhance memory retention. You will be notified of the topic that we will go through in the lesson before the actual lesson so you have time to go through the topic if you wish. Typical lesson length is 1 hour and these lessons are for students currently studying GCSEs or A-levels. I approach tutoring with the same precision and adaptability I bring to my academic work - placing emphasis on clarity, student confidence, and long-term retention of core material.
