About Sophia

I am excited about the idea of sharing my passion for religious studies with younger students. I thoroughly enjoyed the GCSE course I did so have lots of knowledge and enthusiasm to share. Even if these topics are not your favourite, I hope to still help you find some enjoyment in the texts and feel confident for your exams. I am a kind and relaxed person, but will hope that you work hard, as this will be rewarded in your work. Outside of my studies, I enjoy dance, singing and going out with friends, so I understand and encourage having a good work-life balance.

About the lesson

I will aim to help students feel confident and prepared for their examinations, by working through a range of techniques.
I will work on essay plans, essay writing techniques, how to write strong arguments and also general explanations of the content.

I am confident across the board with Christianity, Judaism and Philosophy and Ethics.

Typical lessons will run for an hour, however I am adaptable if a student prefers a different lesson length.
