About Daisy
My name is Daisy, and I am an enthusiastic teacher of English, passionate about my subject and committed to help all learners succeed and thrive, regardless of background or circumstance.
As a teacher by trade, I am up to date with pedagogical theory and consistently reflecting on my own teaching practices. This is to ensure I am giving every one of my learners the best chance possible of achieving their goals.
I am here to help you in any way possible, whether that be improving your subject knowledge, analytical writing skills, reading or creative writing, in order to allow you succeed.

Having studied English all the way to degree level (achieving top grades at GCSE, A level and degree) I can offer my expertise through online 1:1 support to KS3 and KS4 English students and also some KS5 English Literature students.
I have also recently completed a QTS/PGCE in Secondary English, having trained all year in a comprehensive secondary school and have a job as a secondary English teacher lined up for September. Therefore, I am up to date with theory and expectations of teaching to help you succeed and thrive, regardless of your starting point.
