About Ruth
Hi, I’m Ruth! I’m a fully qualified Geography teacher (QTS) currently teaching in a secondary school. I’m passionate about making learning enjoyable and helping students realise that Geography is much more than just maps—it’s about understanding the world around us.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I take the time to adapt my teaching to suit individual needs and learning styles. Whether you need help building confidence, preparing for GCSE exams, or simply staying on top of schoolwork, I’ll support you every step of the way.
I’m patient, approachable and believe that the best learning happens when students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My aim is to help every student leave each lesson feeling more confident than when they arrived!

Hi! I’m a fully qualified Geography teacher (QTS) teaching in a secondary school, with experience supporting students from KS3 through to GCSE. My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, whether you’re aiming to build confidence, catch up on missed learning, or achieve top grades in exams.
I create a relaxed, encouraging environment where no question is a silly question. Lessons are engaging, well-structured and adapted to your learning style, using exam practice, revision techniques and clear explanations to help you make real progress.
