Guys as I said I was a skinny and short kid who got bullied everyday at school even in college and during the covid pandemic I started watching the videos a random guy lifting but one dayi saw and listened to someone who is a big fitness star now telling about himself that indperied me to start going to gym and focus on my diet.
So due to that I joined a medical courese ,and during that pandemic time I learnt completely about fitness industery and nutrition

Now I was a skinny kid yeah still if youlook at me in reality I'm still skinny but not as skinny when,I was a year ago
Iam making progress from day to day,so I will teach u how get get to ur goal.
If ur having a 6 or 8 pack doesn't mean that ur successfull,but wt will that teach you if you do it consistently it will build an unbreakable confidence.
