About Elizabeth
I hold a black belt degree in Lima-Lama, a Polynesian Martial Art of Self-Defense. I have trained this discipline over 6 years. I also have 3 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), 2 years in Kali Eskrima, and 2 years in Full-contact. I won 1st place in the National Championship in Full-contact in Mexico, 2016. I have trained kids, teenagers and adults.

Training will consist on the conditioning of the body through focused exercises, which will be required to learn the techniques of self-defense. Overall fitness will be accomplished, stronger muscles will be developed, and enhanced agility/coordination will be acquired.
