Who am I?
- a well-known spiritual and personal growth YouTuber with over 30k subscribers. It is a passion of mine to help guide people along their journey!

Having gone through anxiety and stress myself, I understand the emotions one can feel. I have also experienced many signs and synchronisation from the universe, which has allowed me to stay curious and follow my spiritual path. Having overcome many challenges in my life, I have had the opportunity to see positive changes in my personal life. I have had the chance to realise the importance of self-love, a growth mindset, the power of our thoughts and emotions and connection.

Every session with me is unique depending on your individual needs. After your first free session with me, I will create a personalised plan to help you achieve your goal. I use a variety of tools, exercises, games and worksheets to help you reflect and encourage you to find the answers from within. The sessions will also discuss theories and tools to help you understand the intention behind your exercises. My goal is to help you overcome road blocks and grow as an individual so you can be more of YOU and live the life you truly want!
