About Maili
I’m a self-taught acoustic guitarist with over 15 years of playing experience and a deep, lifelong love of music. I began teaching myself guitar at age 12 using online tutorials and tabs, developing a practical, approachable learning style rooted in real songs and curiosity. In addition to music, I’m also a licensed cosmetology teacher, which has given me strong instructional skills, patience, and a professional, student-centered mindset. I enjoy writing, singing, karaoke, and performing at open mic nights, and I draw inspiration from all genres of music. I bring warmth, structure, and encouragement to every lesson, creating a supportive environment where students feel confident, capable, and excited to learn.
