My training sessions are based on your personal goals and can be carried out either at a gym, my house, outdoors or even at the comfort of your own home. My sessions mostly incorporate weight training exercises to help you tone up or gain muscle depending on your goals, but if you are looking to burn maximum calories and lose weight my intense HIIT routines are also available to help you achieve those goals!
I have always been interested in health and fitness and got into serious training in the gym at the age of 13. Ever since then I’ve been in the gym up to 6/7 days a week working on various goals and trying to better not just my physical appearance but mental well-being. Whether your goal is to lose weight, add muscle or simply tone your body, my training and diet programmes will help you achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself!
