About Marshall
Many players hit a wall when they try to learn complex songs without understanding the underlying mechanics of their instrument. I admit that I struggled with the same technical barriers for a long time before I refined my own approach to gigging. By using my 13 years of gigging in the US and Mexico, I provide the practical structure that self-taught musicians often lack. We bridge the gap between being a hobbyist and a confident performer through focused drills and repetition.
I draw on my background to make these sessions clear and direct for all performance-focused students. This is how we ensure that your progress is steady and measurable over the long term. I look forward to helping your family enjoy the music we create together.

The sound of a clean chord transition ringing out clearly in a quiet room is where we begin our work together. I bring 13 years of experience playing Tex-Mex and Latin pop to help you gain control over electric and acoustic technique.
Having taught 469 students, I have seen how common it is to struggle with reading sheet music or mastering barre chords. My role is to help you build structure in your practice so you can play with actual purpose.
I focus on ear training and power chords to give you the tools necessary to tackle the songs you actually enjoy. Tuning and maintenance are also key parts of the foundation we build. It is my goal to ensure you feel capable and prepared to perform whenever you step onto a stage. Being a self-taught player means I know exactly where the hurdles are for students at any level.
