My name is sameeha ,I am a 21 year old female and the reason gym/training is my passion is because growing up I always struggled with my weight. I was that girl that everyone laughed at and made fun off for being bigger than others ,u then took up training and going into more detail about training, looking for diets and exercises that benefits my body long term
