About Samuel
I am a recent high school graduate who did an internship in my final year for a global ecommerce software company and was subsequently contracted by them for 6 months. Now I find myself overseas with the opportunity to make use of that experience and the rest of my hobby software passions and teach it to willing lecturees online :)
Most of my experience is in fullstack web development. I've worked with Angular, React and Svelte and Ionic/Capacitor mobile apps. I'm a big fan of Linux, systems engineering, networking, cryptography, docker, serverless architecture and FOSS! I also have hobbyist experience with machine learning, PhaserJS and vanilla JS games, p2p networking, Arduino, cloud services (GPUs especially)

My goal is to teach my students how to learn on their own, to love learning and love creating all kinds of software from text based games to web games to fully-fledged web applications with complicated architecture. I have the validation of knowledge with industry experience and the advantage of hindsight for a self-taught programmer. I have a generalist's range of knowledge in the domain, so I'm sure I'll be able to help which area is your calling!

Perfect! Samuel is excellent! Upfront about where he can and can't help, very knowledgeable and helpful. I was going into the session as an intermediate and he helped me couple of issues I was stuck on for a while.
