I'm a student of BALLB I have learned yoga with the help of YouTube channels. By doing yoga daily I have noticed my changed behavior and my better mental health. Yoga gives you peaceful and stress-free life. To learn more I want to practice with my new friends.

In my yoga class i usually start from prayer, pranayam, asanas and meditation.
In a series wise we do suryanamaskaar then we will slowly move to do some new asanas and if someone has disease or any pain in their body, so I suggested them to do that aasan which is beneficial for them.
