I am approaching the end of my career and want to give back in the way that my mentors helped me during my career.
Online there are people who are good teachers but who clearly do not have the professional experience to back it up. Then there are some clearly technical people who struggle to explain what they are doing or why, who do not seem to have deep enough knowledge.
