About Arpit
As you know, knowledge is far more valuable when shared. Thus "teaching" is especially important as it imparts knowledge to others. I can still clearly remember that I started enjoying "teaching" at a young age. After I had learned something new, I was always itching to share my new discovery with my little companions. While growing up as a high school student, an undergraduate, a graduate, and even a post-doc, I have always admired those school teachers and university professors who excelled at conveying their knowledge unto me. My teaching experiences as a freelancer and as a private tutor have not only helped me to improve my teaching skills but also have encouraged me to pursue a life-long career in teaching and research. Now that I am equipped with the knowledge of fundamental management as well as research experience, I am eager for a teaching opportunity to share what I have learned and to inspire those young and fresh minds so often found in academia.

Arpit is an active Fellow Participant (Ph. D Pursuing) at the University of Lucknow with interests in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and holds the Master's Degree in Management from Department of Business Administration (LU-MBA), University of Lucknow. He's been working as a Test-Prep expert under the freelance domain with keen interests in the fields of Economics, Commercial Studies and Management w.r.t Human Resource Management and Labour Laws. Currently, he holds a position as an Assistant Manager - HR in a group operating under the business domains of Lifestyle Living and Lifestyle Hospitality. He's been assisting students since 2013 and has taught 250+ students so far with effective results. Arpit shows his students exactly what's expected and explain to them how to solve problems. He then assists individually. Arpit's way of teaching is using a powerpoint presentation or on skype and providing appropriate study material viz. an activity-based learning so that the students who reside far away could also get an easy access to the solutions of their problems. Arpit believes in students learning by his style and referring to the effective textbooks consecutively so as to provide a blended learning where concepts are being clear in students mind.
